Speaking in the Disciplines (SID)

The Speaking in the Disciplines (SID) initiative promotes and supports the teaching, development, and pedagogical use of student oral communication skills in all disciplines across the Kenneth P. Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences. Learn more about the SID initiative.

Faculty Seminar

The SID Faculty Seminar is offered in collaboration with the Dietrich School and Center for Teaching and Learning. Its goal is to make student oral communication a prominent part of the undergraduate learning experience. Faculty who complete the Seminar are awarded a stipend. Instructor Resources
